Visiting Munich as a Wedding Photographer – a Spring Engagement Shoot
When I met up with Carina at the Königsplatz square in Munich two weeks ago, she admitted that she was a little bit nervous about being in front of the lens. This is precisely why I like to meet and photograph future newlyweds in the run-up to their big day. It gives us a chance to get to know each other, to spend some time together with my camera and to simply relax and enjoy a delicious cup of coffee. By the time their wedding day comes around, they then have nothing to be nervous about (at least not when it comes to their wedding photos!). Carina and Christian clearly had lots of fun during their pre-wedding photo shoot. They soon felt right at home in front of the camera and thanks to the expert local knowledge of my wonderful Munich-based colleague (thanks again, Simon!), we were able to discover some great locations between the Lenbachhaus building, the Technical University of Munich and the restored Isar river. I now cannot wait to join Carina and Christian to celebrate their nuptials in the Spreewald Biosphere Reserve in August!
You’d like to have some natural, authentic pre-wedding photos made? Looking for an engagement photo session, or your wedding photographer in Munich, Berlin or elsewhere? I’m looking forward to hearing from you!
